Tugeau 2, Inc

Just wanted to announce that my children’s illustration work is now being represented by Tugeau 2! Yay! This means you’ll probably be seeing a lot more youth-oriented work from me in coming months whether for practice or profit, but if that’s not the work of mine you dig, don’t worry, I don’t plan to sacrifice any of my other illustration styles along the way.

Fairytales & Florals Art Opening

Hey everyone! I wanted to let you all know about a really awesome event coming up that you should all come to if you’re in the Minneapolis/St Paul area! I curated a show called Fairytales & Florals at Light Grey Art Lab, a new gallery and community art center in Minneapolis. There are more than 70 pieces by 18 artists, ranging from illustrations and paintings to plush toys, embroidery, and more. All of the work is really really fantastic, especially in person, so you should be there if you can! The opening is this Friday, the 20th, from 7-10pm, and we’ll also have a craft table for you to make anything your heart desires, free food and a tea tasting station, and a photo booth! Even if you can’t make it to the gallery in person, we’ll have all of the work for sale online for the duration of the show :]

I’m back!

Hey everyone! I’ve decided to start using this tumblr again to post updates about new work, in-progress things, features, interviews — basically anything related to my illustration work, so that everything is in one easy-to-follow space, rather than spread across fifty million social networking sites. I’m going to all-at-once post a bunch of work I’ve done in the past couple months since I abandoned this page, and after that you can expect regular updates from me every few days.
