Hey guys! Just a quick reminder about two shows coming up at Gallery Nucleus! First up is Press Paws, the video-game-themed charity exhibition to benefit “What’s Up Dog LA” animal shelter. This event is one day only, February 9th, 2pm-8pm! Shortly after, on February 16th, The Animal Kingdom opens and will be up for two weeks; it features some incredible illustrators including Victo Ngai, Corinne Reid, Sachin Teng, and many more.

The Legend of Zelda: Mammal’s Mask
Created for the Press Paws charity art show, opening at Gallery Nucleus on February 9th. All proceeds from the show go to “What’s Up Dog” non-profit dog rescue in LA. Also check out their Indiegogo campaign to help raise money for the event — they’ve met their goal so any further donations will go directly to the animal rescue!
Prints, cards, phone cases, t-shirts, totes, and more available through my shop (not connected to the charity) — the original will be for sale exclusively through the show at Gallery Nucleus. High-res

No updates forever & ever because I am very sick and have also been working on the same huge job nonstop for a month. I am behind on everything in the universe, so if you’ve emailed or messaged me and haven’t heard back, please please forgive me & I will write back soon!!
Here is a sketch for one of many delayed projects — hoping to finish it & get it off to the gallery early this week, so I’ll post the final soon :] It will be all gouache I think, no Photoshop — scarryyyyy. High-res

Getting work ready for the annual MCAD Art Sale. If you haven’t heard of it & you live in the MPLS/St Paul area, you should definitely come by! Two glorious floors packed floor to ceiling with student & alumni work, on November 16th, 17th, & 18th.

Thanks to everyone who came out to the opening of The Grove at OhNo!Doom! All of the work in the show is also available online, so please check out the shop! I think all of the originals I was showing have sold, but there are still framed and unframed prints available,  including a couple brand new pieces I made just for the show. Also be sure to look through the awesome, awesome work by the other artists, Becky Dreistadt/Tiny Kitten Teeth and Kelly Denato! Finally, if you missed the opening but were hoping to be there, there’ll be a closing reception October 4th, 5-10pm. Thanks for all of your support!
